His duties included the identification and recommendation of strategic and business development opportunities for public and private French companies in the United States. |

| Prior to his position within the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry, Arnaud acted as a consultant both in the US and in France for various companies such as Universal Pictures, France Telecom and Philips New Technologies where he coordinated Digital TV development. He also funded a web radio in the early internet years. |
